Darcy Raymond Howard, aka “Darcy Howard” is wanted and banned for life. No payment in any way or effort to pay for the power washing bill on September 16th 2024 for roof washing that he personally requested at his residence at 46-458 Holokaa St. Kaneohe. The amount owed is $1254.00.

He is married to Amy “Weber” Howard. He is an architect from Florida working out of state in downtown Honolulu at an unknown firm.

“He was obscenely rude to our employees, saying “if we didn’t do everything he asked, he wasn’t going to pay us for anything”- a very shameful way to try and do business with anyone.”

We are currently looking into legal actions, and also getting his contractors license pulled because no other contractor should be subjected to his antics. We are also looking into notifying his employment. This is the kind of person that is wrong with the world. Not paying the guys who jeopardize their lives pressure washing and chemical spraying your roof all day is not cool. We are a small locally owned business. You will not be forgotten Darcy.
